In-House Welding Services for Better Quality Control
Quaker City Castings welders are certified to weld a variety of materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, high alloy steels, and many others. All our welders are tested on-site at QCC prior to touching a welding machine or a casting. They are routinely re-trained by third parties to continuously verify that they are upgrading customer parts correctly. The majority of these materials are certified per the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, but we do certify welding procedures based on customer requirements.
